Huiwen Shen
BIO
Huiwen Shen is a Chinese artist who enjoys the intermingling of different cultures. She was born in Guangzhou and attended an international high school in China before moving to Canada to study glass in Sheridan. From a young age, she had the opportunity to travel to various countries and experience different cultures. She enjoys the mix of different cultures and she likes to share her own culture. After developing an interest in glass, she has been working on how to better spread Chinese culture and let more people know about different cultures. She is also interested in glass sculpture, and she hopes to create more refreshing glasswork in the future.
